As their embedded ally, we created Openair, a bespoke agency ecosystem that sits both inside and alongside the business. Combining talent management, payroll, operational oversight and overflow studio support, the model delivers the flexibility and scale of an agency with the consistency and control needed to support a fast-growing global brand.
The model
Most agencies create overlap, placing a team alongside the client's team in a way that creates duplication, competition and cultural friction. We work differently. We lead through a principle of overflow, meaning internal Airwallex teams are naturally supported by our studio to deliver output, not substituted by it.
