Privacy policy

How Dijitally collects, uses, shares and protects personal information, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Who we are

This policy applies to Dijitally (“Dijitally”, “we”, “us”) and to this website, dijitally.com. Dijitally operates through group entities in Australia, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

If you have any question about this policy or about how we handle your information, contact us at privacy@dijitally.com.

What we collect

We only collect personal information that we need in order to run our business and provide our services.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on one of the following lawful bases: your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business.

Cookies

This website uses cookies to make the site work and to help us understand how it is used. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the OpenAI Ads pixel to understand how people find and use this site, and to measure whether our advertising works.

The OpenAI Ads pixel uses automatic advanced matching. When you submit a form on this site, details you have entered, such as your email address, are converted in your browser into a hashed, non-reversible value before being sent to OpenAI for measurement. We do not send OpenAI the plain text of what you typed.

You can opt out of this by refusing or deleting cookies through your browser settings, or by using your browser's tracking protection. Doing so does not affect your ability to contact us: you can always email hello@dijitally.com instead.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Where your information is held

We operate across Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Philippines, and some of our service providers are based overseas. Your information may therefore be transferred to, and stored in, a country other than your own. Where we transfer personal information out of the UK or EEA, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, and then for any period we are required to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dijitally.com. We will respond within the time required by law.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), depending on where you are.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated.
